Your device
Your dictionary, knowledge, preferences and conversation history are stored in your local Arkemis profile. The app stores account credentials using the operating system’s protected storage. Deleting an app record does not delete records held by a connected service.
Assistant and speech requests
Recordings and the text or context needed for a request travel through the Arkemis service to OpenAI for transcription, answers or spoken replies. Information you add to your knowledge or conversation can become part of a request. These features require an internet connection.
Connected apps and search
Connecting an account allows the selected integration service, including Composio, to access the permissions you authorize. Reads can run when you ask for them; writes require an in-app review. Search and weather requests can be sent to their respective services. If you consent to current-area weather, approximate location is used for that session.
Accounts and payments
Supabase handles account authentication and the service stores subscription status and usage records. Paddle processes payments and billing details; Arkemis does not receive your full payment-card number. Those providers apply their own privacy policies and retention practices.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to product updates, we store your email address, where on the site you subscribed and when, in our Supabase database. We send product updates a few times a month and nothing else from that list. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep only the record that you opted out.
This website
The interactive illustrations use prepared examples. They do not record your microphone, read your desktop or access your connected accounts. Account pages use essential session cookies; checkout loads Paddle’s payment services.
Requests and choices
You can stop recording, remove local history and revoke a connected app’s access through that provider. For access, deletion or other privacy requests involving your Arkemis account, email founder@arkemis.space. Some payment or security records may need to be retained; we will explain what applies to your request.
